I had the pleasure of working with Mike Ivey and the MiMedia team at my organization’s 6th annual conference in August 2016. Never have I worked with an A/V team that was so helpful, knowledgeable, adaptable and just plain on the ball. They went above and beyond before, during and after the conference to make sure everything was organized and production-ready. Prior to the conference, Mike spent hours with me on the phone mapping out our needs and suggesting creative approaches within our limited nonprofit budget. On site, the team helped speakers with last minute requests and monitored the complex daily schedule so that we never had to worry about what was happening where. The team came to the rescue several times by offering up creative solutions to last minute room changes and taking time to organize presentations by breakout room so we didn’t have to. After the conference, the team made sure to organize all of the recordings and presentations onto hard drives and then hand delivered them to us the next day. Beyond all of their stellar support, they were very easy to work with and had a “no-job-too-small-or-too-large” attitude.
